Welcome to 20 Percent Recycled peer support.
What is 20 Percent Recycled, you may ask yourself?
Well 20% is an idea derived from a woman who's been suffering from PTSD/anxiety for over 20 years. Suddenly, out of the blue, she said "ENOUGH."
The Idea is to band a small group of women, like herself to create peer support. The women, can talk about their own issues and together provide practical answers, emotional support and most of all friendship, in what can be a very lonely world on your own coping with these issues.
Why the name 20% Recycled?
Because we take the damaged emotions, fears and loneliness, reshaping them to become confident and determined to face our futures.
What we hope to achive

With C.R.A.P in mind the group can move forward with a positive outlook and wellbeing with a little fun.
At the moment, the group meets once a week at a coffee shop but depending on each person whether they are able to be in a public place are we then to find alternatives to meet.
The group will only take on referral's from your GP, Social Prescriber, counsellor or other organizations such as Mind.
